What is a Global Multi-User Account?

For Companys which require multiple users to administer surveys for the company / departments we provide Global Multi-User Accounts. We provide the following Global Multi-User Accounts.

• Corporate Sub-Account(s)
• Enterprise Sub-Account(s)
• Dashboard Account(s)

How does pricing work?

The fee for the accounts is as follows:

• Corporate Sub-Account: $100/User/Month
• Enterprise Sub-Account: $200/User/Month
• Dashboard Account: $100/User/Month

What are the benefits of having a Multi-User Account?

Corporate Sub-Account(s): All tools/features that are available with the Corporate accounts are also available with the Sub-Account(s). Surveys / Reports can be shared in between the Main Administrator Account and the Sub-Accounts. Sub-Account holders can create/run Surveys independently from their accounts.

Dashboard Account(s): Dashboard accounts are Reporting Accounts. These accounts can be used where you want to provide users access only to the Reporting features and not give users the ability to create their own surveys. For example you can create Dashboard account for your client for whom you have managed a Survey Project.

What about security?

For every survey (and survey result), you can control if it is "Shared" or not. By default none of your surveys are shared. If you want others in your company to use your surveys (or see the results of your survey) then you'll have to turn on sharing of your surveys and results.
