What Time Zone is the data reported on?
The default Time Zone for all the data collected is based on where the QuestionPro servers are - i.e. United States / Pacific Time. However you have the option of customizing the Time Zone settings to match where you are so that the data reporting is based on your Time Zone. In the future, QuestionPro will automatically set the Time Zone based on your IP Address and Country from where you are accessing QuestionPro. When exactly is the Time Stamp Recorded?
The time stamp is recorded when the Respondent clicks on the Continue/Submit button for the Survey. For multipaged surveys it is recorded/updated every time the Respondent clicks on the Continue button. How do I customize my Time Zone?
