What is Short URL option used for?

Short URL is used when you need a consise, easy to remember URL for the survey.

Example:

company.questionpro.com

john.questionpro.com

research.questionpro.com

How can I setup a Short URL for my survey?

Go To:

• Login »  My Surveys »  Send Survey »  Survey Web Address

I keep getting the message Please select a different Short Name

This means that the Short Name you entered is already being used by another user.

Note: Short URL cannot be used in conjunction with Customized URL. You can either use the Customized URL option or the Short URL option. But not both.
