Email/List Management offers you a very sophisticated email and response tracking system. You can upload email addresses and allow tracking of the responses matched with the email addresses of the respondents.

You can also upload additional fields and customize the content, subject, and return address of the email. Please refer to Customizing Email Invitations link below.

How do I enable Respondent Tracking?

Insert the <SURVEY_LINK> tag in the survey invitation. This tag is automatically replaced with the appropriate survey URL when the invitation is delivered.

How do I distribute the survey without tracking respondents?

Insert the <ANONYMOUS_SURVEY_LINK> tag in the survey invitation.

Can I send Reminders if I use any of the above Survey Link tags?

You can send Reminders only if you use the Survey Tracking URL using <SURVEY_LINK> tag. If you are using the <ANONYMOUS_SURVEY_LINK> tag, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND REMINDERS. For more information on sending Reminders visit the Reminders link below.
