As we move into the second stage of the conversion process all customers will be given an Xplornet email account. Your current i-Path / Pathcom email account will be disabled as of October 31st, 2007. We have created 1 (one) Xplornet email account for each former i-Path / Pathcom customer. During the setup process, we tried to mirror your Pathcom email address when creating your Xplornet email address. For example if your email account was [email protected] we tried to create [email protected] for you. Your new Xplornet email address is: {CUSTOM2} Your password is: {CUSTOM3} Please remember that your Xplornet password is case sensitive. In the event that you do wish to maintain your Pathcom email address, you may contact Pathcom to arrange having them maintain the email account for you for a small fee. Xplornet offers all of their customers free access to a webmail service, where you can check your email from any computer, anywhere in the world, that has an Internet connection. You can access our webmail at http://webmail2.xplornet.com/mail/. To log into webmail you will require your username (the part of your Xplornet email address that comes in advance of @xplornet.com) and your password. If you would like to use your new Xplornet email address in Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express please visit http://www.xplornet.com/emailconfig.php Xplornet offers an on-line tool to assist customers in setting up their email.
