Regardless of the format you purchased, you have online access to the files. Please go to our website and enter your username and password. If you don't know your account information, please DO NOT create a new account! Call us and we will be happy to walk you through logging on and downloading your files.

If you also ordered a CD or paper copy, it has been mailed and you should expect to receive it within the next week.

If you ordered Cycle B or Cycle C, those files should be available in early 2008. You will receive an email when they are ready.
