10/12/2012 22861709 The MRT has the same color as all of the rivers and even though the thickness is different, it makes it confusing
10/10/2012 22775552 The map does a good job of letting me know which roads are ride-able, however the data is either not current or inaccurate, I drove up to check out 47 vs 65 from 95 to mille lacs and the map indicates that 47 should be the better road, 65 actually has nicer shoulders
10/09/2012 22752554
09/26/2012 22366606 The design works against your intentions, in my opinion. The roads are both black (highest contrast color) and yellow + pink (lowest contrast w/background). The trails and favorable roads are mid-contrast - this is self-detecting [defecting?] design. I suggest you put roads in low-contrast colors and progress up to trails in high-contrast colors - let the rainbow of contrast work for you.
09/26/2012 22366596 Less activity, it's too cluttered
09/26/2012 22366589 bolder colors
09/26/2012 22366575 Have a blown-up map of the cities and suggestions on good bike trips.
09/26/2012 22366569 If it is possible to make the two colors more distinct that would be helpful.

10/12/2012 22861709 US Hwy 12 at least from Benson to US Hwy 59 (and quite possibly from Willmar or further east) has wide shoulders, but they are unpaved. US Hwy 12 from US Hwy 59 to Ortonville has virtually no shoulder and very steep ditches. In the map Hwy 12 shows that it has paved shoulders greater than 4'--that is not right. MN 9 from Benson east to New London (and maybe to the west toward Morris??) is shown to have paved 4' shoulders, but these too are unpaved. There is road construction slated for 2013, so maybe they will be paved as part of that project? US 59 surrounding Morris has wide paved shoulders, on the map it doesn't reflect that.
10/10/2012 22775552 it appears the 65 (from 95 to 27) and 27 (from 65 to 47) near mille lacs, have better/wider shoulders than 47 does, that is not indicated in the map
