POST-TRAINING LEARNING AND IMPACT EVALUATION FORM

4 Months after the Workshop
The purpose of this form is to obtain a subjective evaluation from EMPRETECOS whether and to what extend the ETW has impacts on their entrepreneurial behaviour and business performance. The form also helps to evaluate to what extent EMPRETECOS’ expectations and judgements about the usefulness of the workshop are met in reality.
The first part covers questions on the extent to which the training material and workshop concepts are used in the business. It also contains questions on EMPRETECOS’ perceptions about improvements and usage of the different PECs. The PEC-Reassessment interviews to be conducted with the former participants then help to evaluate to what extent personal judgements are met in reality.
The second part of the form relates to the perceived impacts on a) running the business and b) the performance of the business. Most of the questions were already asked just at the end of the workshop to see to what extend changes in management style and business performance were as expected. The same information is now re-visited 4 and 8 months later and serves as an indication on whether the ETW has a perceived impact in reality.
