Thank you for offering a Ferris State University course at your school through the FerrisNow program.
We need information so we may build your Ferris course in our registration system. Please complete the following form.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN COMPLETING THIS FORM:
Complete a separate form for each Ferris State course you will be teaching for the upcoming academic year. (Ex: if you are teaching two sections of ENGL 150, you should complete this form twice).
All courses should be offered on a semester basis to reflect traditional college courses offered on-campus.
The course start and end dates should be as close as possible to the start and end dates of the Ferris State semester. Refer to www.ferris.edu/importantdates for the start and end dates for each term.
Contact hours for the concurrent enrollment course must be met and may not be exceeded during the semester. |
