You are invited to participate in the Entrepreneurial Audit being conducted by Suffolk University. The research is investigating the innovative climate and level of corporate entrepreneurship (Intrapreneurship) in large organizations.

Your input is important to us to completely understand the factors regarding organizational innovation. All answers are strictly CONFIDENTIAL. No one outside of the research team will ever see your questionnaire.
