Measuring the Effectiveness of HSE Orientation Training


The purpose of this survey is to measure the effectiveness of HSE Induction and HSE Orientation training on employees as part of the company’s sustainability initiative.

The survey is divided into 4 sections related to training outcome evaluation; Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Results. Concluded by demographic questions.

This questionnaire is not conducted by your workplace. It is a part of a dissertation study that will lead to a doctoral degree. Your answers are important to the successful achievement of this process.

Kindly help by filling-out the questionnaire. Please add your employment number as their will be a prize draw to those who have completely filled out the survey within two days (deadline 4th May for draw):
