What made you decide to get a Masters Degree in Agricultural Business instead of a regular Business Degree?
   
 
 
 
Scenerio: A person comes in with a complaint against one of your co-workers/staff members and he/she is very aggrivated and rude, how would you handle the situation?
 
Pay no regards to his/her reactions and just deal with it
 
Inform the customer that you were not there and didn't witness the action there is nothing you can do about it
