A. I collaboratively created descriptors of good practice for using math manipulatives.
B. I practiced completing the Cycle of Inquiry (steps 5/6) and was able to/will be able to make adjustments to plan/goals/questions based on what I learned.
C. I completed the Pivot PLC survey individually and also as a site team in order to inform next steps for deepening our PLC work for next year.
D. Meeting in our district inquiry groups, we planned some next steps for our site and district as we continue to work on our Algebra Success Network goals.

Goal 2. Through the Algebra Success Network, we identified two high leverage instructional strategies (Checking for Understanding & Use of Manipulatives) for teaching math to our focal groups and modeled, implemented and assessed their implementation at the site level.

I understand that intervention strategies to increase representation in Algebra by underperforming subgroups will be a part of the placement process.
