This survey is a component of my Thesis for the Savannah College of Art and Design. I am setting out to create an animator-friendly teaching tool for rigging and am asking for your input to better my project.

Absolutely none – I know how to use a rig but not how it works.
 
Some – I know the basic workings of a rig but couldn't recreate any of it myself
 
Intermediate – I can fix problems that come up and dig through the outliner with some understanding
 
Advanced – I can build my own rig and reverse engineer other rigs
