In recent times, pharmaceutical companies have opted for combination products in the treatment of cardiovascular disorders specifically hypertension. This questionnaire serves to review the effectiveness of five (5) combination drugs used in the management of hypertension.

In this survey, we are interested in learning more about the use of fixed dose combination drugs.

This survey is to help us understand different aspects fixed dose anti-hypertensive drugs. Your answers will be used in aggregate, and we will not be evaluating individual responses. As such, please be as honest as possible - there are no right or wrong answers.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
