As you know, we are implementing a new phone system. In order to get home users on the system I need to request and confirm some information. All home users will get an extension number on the system. The person calling will not know your number, just your extension on the system. Those with caller ID will be able to see the number of the caller.

The survey will take about 2 minutes. There are 7 questions.

This survey will determine which phone(s) ring when your extension is used and where voice mails will be left.
