You have been invited to participate in this survey based on your participation in the APTA 2007 testing program. In this session, you will be asked to complete a survey that records a given Performance Rating for each student who will take the APTA test. It will take approximately 5 minutes per student to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, but is very important for us to obtain your ratings.
Your responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact your District Assessment Coordinator.
