Often in life it is when going through some really tough stuff that we build character and develop our inner greatness and resilience. During the Barrington Outdoor Camp we were faced with many challenges we had to overcome. This survey is designed to highlight what growth and character development you feel might have happened.
Please answer honestly and in detail. Take your time to reflect honestly and do some real soul searching so you can build on what you've started developing.

* If you think about the adventure you've just been on: can you explain what specifically you found the most challenging about the camp? Try and write a few sentences outlining for yourself what the challenges were exactly.

* Why do you think you found this challenging?

* What do you think you learnt from this difficulty?

* When faced with difficulties, what is your natural response? Do you rise to the challenge or try to get out of it?

* What did you do in your adversity/hardship that you think was really good or positive?

* What do you think you learnt about yourself from this activity?

* If difficult times enable you to grow and learn, what do you think you learnt this week? What do you think you have personally developed in your character? What areas have you grown in?
