On October 1st 2015, BasketballSA released updated By-Laws.
Hidden in the update was a change to Timing Conditions effecting Seniors Divisions 4-6 and Youth League Division 2.
The change made games falling into these Divisions change from Fully Timed Games to Untimed Games.
This survey is to gain a greater insight into the process experienced by Club Administrators and Players as well as their views on the Timing Change.
