We are keen to understand your needs to help design the best products possible. As such, we would be very grateful if you could share your views in this survey.

The product line we are researching for Beck & Tory is a protective cover for the existing Personal Child Health Record (aka the Red Book or the Yellow Brick Road Book) - the PCHR Book. The name for this product (for now) is the B&T Book Cover. The B&T Cover will be durable yet attractive.

Basic online of the PCHR contents

Embossing of your child's name or initials on the front cover
