Dear Member / NAECI Client,

As you may be aware the ECIA, in conjunction with its members, Engineering Construction Clients and NAECI signatory Trades Unions have compiled and introduced 6 Best Practice Guides covering Industrial Relations, Workforce Engagement, Contract Management, Planning and Operation, Workforce Planning and Supervision to the Engineering Construction Industry. As part of our remit to promote Best Practice within the Industry the ECIA Productivity Improvement Committee (EPIC) are taking a break from guidance publication and evaluating the use of the Best Practice Guides by the Industry.

As part of that evaluation the ECIA are conducting a survey of members and clients To establish the value added and use of the current suite of Best Practice Guides.
