One of the things we will be talking about during the upcoming Corporate Services management offsite is Innovation. I have about an hour in the afternoon, so time will be a bit tight. In thinking about how to best use our time, we have come up with an approach that I believe will draw out some good discussion.

Much of the recent research indicates that innovation is the single most critical issue facing large corporations. We have partnered with an outside research firm (no cost to Regence) to use their survey tool which gets at the major drivers of innovation and how to build an innovation culture.

This is where you come in. Attached is a survey link that I am asking each of those attending to take. I would like to use the results of the survey as part of my presentation. The survey itself drives at gauging innovation successes and barriers within Corporate Services.

For the purposes of this survey, the definition of an organization’s “culture of innovation” is one that encourages, supports and rewards creative ideas and innovations in terms of products, services, business processes and models that contribute to the success of the company.

To share your perspective, please follow the link below and complete the Corporate Services Culture of Innovation survey by Wednesday, November 3. Completing the survey should take about 20 minutes.

Thanks.
