I am a Masters student at the University of Liverpool and I am currently working on my dissertation in International Management. The topic of my dissertation is “The impact of mobile technology and Internet on buyer behaviour and retail management”.

I would be grateful if you could spare 10-15 minutes and take part in my study by completing this questionnaire. The questionnaire is anonymous, so you do not have to leave your name. Your responses will only be seen by me and it will not be possible to identify you from your answers in this questionnaire. The data gathered from this study will only be used for my dissertation.

The questionnaire consists of five parts – demographic data, attitudes towards shopping on the high street, use of Internet and mobile devices, attitudes towards shopping online, and attitudes towards shopping through a multichannel network. There are no right or wrong answers for any of the items in this questionnaire. It is your opinion on each of the statements that matters.
