Project Leads:
Last year we embarked on two new major organizational initiatives. We began developing and training our staff on a new approach to change that builds off our Leadership Cycle called the "Change Design Framework", and we began to expand our services to districts beyond California. Last summer we rolled out the Change Design Framework through the Project Lead Institute, the fall PLC and a new library of concept papers and tools to for Project Leads and coaches to use in their projects, and we will continue to build out our model and tools in advance of the Project Lead Institutes this winter and summer.
This survey was created for three reasons. First, as a part of the grant monitoring process we are interested in learning more about how you are integrating these Change Design concepts into your work. Secondly, as we begin designing the next Project Lead Institute, we are interested from hearing from you about where you would like us to focus, and how you would like to be engaged. Lastly, the survey will inform our work as we begin building a cadre of Project Leads who would like to apply this Change Design model in districts outside of California,
Thanks for your support,
