As required by the Conflict Minerals Provision contained in Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, Big 5 Sporting Goods is contacting our supplier base as part of our due diligence in determining the source and origin of any Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, and Gold used in the manufacture of products sold to Big 5. These minerals are known as "Conflict Minerals".We kindly request that you complete this survey enabling us to identify the origin of these minerals.
