This performance evaluation is intended to assist supervisors in evaluating an employee's performance. It is an opportunity to examine and discuss the employee's progress toward professional goals as well as an opportunity to identify and agree upon goals for the next year. It also allows the opportunity to evaluate the extent to which the Red Roof Inn ten commitments and values are exemplified throughout the course of the previous year.
