The Automated Release Date Tracking System (ARDTS) is scheduled to be decommissioned with the eOMIS (SOMS) Sentence Calculation Release in June 2013. ARDTS produces several data extractions for various IT systems and processes. Specifically, we are analyzing the ARDTS data provided to CRAFTS, a vendor supported application that records, maintains, and tracks C-File data. We need your assistance to let us know if your institution uses CRAFTS what data elements are are essential.
