You are requested to take part in this survey based on the total quality management (TQM).

You will be asked questions about the knowledge of the (TQM) total quality management methods and techniques.

All your views and comments will be gathered and kept confidential and will only be used for academic purposes to fulfill the purpose of this study.

Enclosed with this letter is a set of questionnaires. If you are agree to participate. It will take only 5 to 10 minutes of complete.

As an employee/customer if you do not feel comfortable answering any of these questions you can move on to the next question.

I am a student of the University of Canada west, I am completing my degree in MBA (Master of business administration).

I have to complete this research study in the field of total quality management (TQM) in construction companies.

My research topic is the “Best approach to implement the TQM methods within the construction companies to achieve better customer relationships”.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information on customer satisfaction. We have set a client satisfaction survey based on 8 simple questions.

The enclosed customer survey is based on our new clients and their needs. If you are agree to participate this survey will take 5 to 10 minutes of your time to complete.

All your views and comments will be kept confidential.
The data gathered by me will only be used for academic purposes.

However, feel free to give us any additional feedback and information that you think may help in improving this service.

Your responses would also benefit us to explore new areas that may help in improving better customer relations.
