Introduction

The purpose of the employee profile is to:

1. Capture more robust data in order to share the vast experience and expertise of our people:
a) In Pivot’s state and federal applications to become official state and federal providers,
b) with future funders and clients,
c) to improve our Salesforce database overall.
2. Ensure that we have the right mix of expertise and experience to produce the highest quality outcomes as we develop and deliver our three programs with entire education systems and individual schools in each of our four regions.

For these reasons, this employee profile should be completed by all current and/or new candidates for Project Leads and/or coach positions and/or anyone responsible for the development and delivery of program with our clients. Project Leads should complete the profile by Friday, May 15th. Coaches should complete the profile by Friday, June 12th. Any candidates for Project Leads and/or coaches should complete the Profile before starting work with Pivot.

Additionally, Pivot is moving towards specialization, versus generalization, as we recruit and train staff and as we build project teams and monitor for progress and offer on-going support. This move towards specialization means that all staff developing and/or delivering our program should complete a) the overview section and b) the program area specific section(s) that is/are of most interest and align(s) to experience and expertise. Note, at the very end of the Employee Profile, you will be prompted to upload artifacts that reflect your work in the program area section(s) that you have completed. We have included further direction at that point in time.

If you need support to complete or submit this form or attach your artifacts, please contact your Regional Account Manager:

1) Bay Area and Northern California: Sam Tobis at [email protected]
2) Central California: Kay Kezirian at [email protected]
3) Southern California: Leah Barta at [email protected]

If you are not able to get technical support from your Regional Account Manager, you can contact Alanna Lynn at [email protected].

If you have any general questions, comments, or concerns about the form, the process, etc., you can contact Allison Carter at [email protected].
