How are the “BIDs” defined?
Throughout the survey, we use the term “Downtown Jamaica” as a definition of the BID boundaries. When answering questions that refer to "Downtown Jamaica", think only of the BID boundaries as described below.
Jamaica Center BID Boundaries: Jamaica Avenue from 169th Street to Sutphin Boulevard; Union Hall Street from Jamaica Avenue to Archer Avenue.
Sutphin Boulevard BID Boundaries: Sutphin Boulevard from 94th Avenue to Hillside Avenue.
