The Employability Profile Questionnaire will help the Cree Human Resources Development to understand what are your needs in terms of training and employment.
What is an Employability Profile?
An employability Profile is a global portrait of your employment situation and aspirations.
Who should complete it?
Whether you are employed or unemployed, you are welcome to complete the questionnaire. If you think that you need support to make a career plan, if you want to change job, go back to school or simply confirm a professional decision, CHRD is there to help you. By filling this questionnaire, you are making a step forward in the direction of career develpment and CHRD will support you with it.
What you can expect by completing this questionnaire?
Once you have completed the questionnaire, the Employment Officer or Career Councellor will contact you to follow-up. During this process, we will help you find a professional goal and look at the steps and actions to be taken, in order to reach it. |
