Hello Chris:
You are invited to take part in a research survey to aid an Event managment system project for your organisation. In this survey you are welcome to get various respondents to help answer the questions as accurately as possible. It will tke apporximately 10 minutes to complete this questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is mandatory as the answer you provide will help me understand the requirements needed to help aid the plaaning, investigation and development of an Information system. There are no foreseeable risk associated with this project. However if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
