Your Social Committee has an exciting on-line Survey for you! ( Well, if not exciting at least it breaks up your day! :-) ) We would appreciate it if you would take a few minutes to give us your valuable feedback on the Social Committee and its endeavors. The Social Committee’s projects have grown in the last couple of years, and we would like your input regarding planning and organizing in order to make sure we are representing the entire staff.

Each page of the following Survey lists questions pertaining to a specific subject that the Social Committee has been in charge of. At the end of each page, you have the opportunity to provide any additional comments about that subject. At the end of the entire Survey you will have the opportunity to provide any remaining or general comments.
