As part of a Frank Health Insurance brand and collateral review, we’re reviewing the current membership card pack.

As you're the team that is closest to our members, we would love your input as to what information should be sent to members with their card.

The future Frank membership card packs can be personalised based on the cover purchased (no more printed generic hospital and generic extras info). Make sure you consider what data we can use to personalise the pack (we want to make a great impression - it is the only physical item that the member gets from us afterall)!

We'll use your feedback to help our members understand the cover they've bought and key things that they need to know when using it.

Imagine that we had unlimited space to publish information that is relevant to a new Frank member.

Based on the questions, confusion and pain points that our customers have, what would you prioritize communicating in the member card pack?

When thinking about this, remember that we don't need to have the same content for each member - we can use data to send information that is relevant to them.

Drag and drop your choices in order of most important to least.

If you used 'other' in the previous drag and drop question - what piece of information would you prioritize as part of the member card pack?

Is there anything else that we need to consider when designing and writing content for the new member card packs?

Thanks for taking the time to help out with this piece of work! We'll keep you updated with the progress of the member packs as we work through the copy writing, design and branding stages.
