Hello:
I am Brett Patrick, an MSU Graduate Student, and I am collecting information from all of the various fairgrounds users to create a communication plan. The communication plan will help both you and the fairgrounds by building a better understanding of how everyone can benefit from our fairgrounds.

You are invited to participate in our survey on the Gallatin County Fairgrounds Expansion. In this survey, approximately 80 fairgrounds user groups will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the fairgrounds as well as the master plan. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. Do you feel that the Gallatin County Fairgrounds needs more recreational facilities for the community?

Do you realize there is an expansion plan for the fairgrounds that would add a 7000+ seat event center, new ice pavilion, new indoor/outdoor water park, baseball and soccer fields as well as new parking lots and public parks? (A Master Plan can be seen at the fairgrounds administration building)
