Dear Respondent,

Thank you for visiting this page and your interest in our study. This survey is a part of our assignment for the Research Methodology project and is being conducted under the guidance of professor Nanik Bhutani. We have listed 11 questions. There are 9 objective and 2 subjective questions. There is no right or wrong answer. The survey will take approximately 3-5 minutes.

It is a known fact that the government of India introduces policies in the interest of the general public. To name a few of them: Aam Aadmi Yojana, Central Government Health Scheme, Employee State Insurance Scheme/Corporation, MNREGA, Indira Gandhi Awaas Yojana, Rajiv Gandhi Awaas Yojana, Rajiv Gandhi Health Policy, Jananj Vikas Yojana etc. However, not everyone knows about the benefits of the policies and how to avail them. This survey attempts to understand the degree of awareness of the government policies among the public.

The identity of the respondent will be confidential. The personal information of the respondent is sought only to ensure the sanctity of the data collected. The email address (not mandatory) will be used only to send the report in the month of April 2014.

Thank you for participating in the survey.

Best regards,
JBIMS Team
