Does anything need to be replaced or repaired?

Pest control is done monthly by a professional company. How well do they do their job? Please note they cannot prevent flying insects, birds or ladybugs from entering the cabin. Some years ago, the NPS released millions of ladybugs as a form of biological control to protect the majestic hemlock trees of the Smokies from being destroyed by the hemlock wooly adelgid.
