2012 SunGard Company Picnic - Financial Systems

Please read this invite in its entirety as it includes important information about the picnic.

The Event
SunGard's annual company picnic will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Hersheypark. The park will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and the picnic catering service will be available from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Ordering your tickets
SunGard will issue park admission tickets and meal passes for you, your spouse or guest, and your dependent children. Please note, children 2 years of age and under receive free admission and should not be included in your ticket order. If you prefer veggie burgers or veggie hoagies in lieu of the regular menu, please indicate this when you fill out the survey.

Need Additional Guest tickets?
If you would like to purchase additional park entry tickets for guests, you can do so at the following discounted rates:
Adult: $27.50
Junior/Senior (ages 3-8 or 55-69): $23.50
Senior (70+): $19.95

Meal passes can be purchased for your additional guests for $18.55 (tax included). These tickets will be included in your ticket envelope and must be paid for with cash or credit card when you receive your ticket envelope.

Interested in tickets for a later date?
In addition to our picnic on July 16, Hersheypark is allowing all SunGard employees to purchase park entry tickets at the discounted rates listed above for two weeks following the event, through July 29th. We will provide the link to purchase these tickets in July. These tickets can be used any time prior to Sunday, September 25th.

Parking
Parking for one car per employee attending the event will also be paid for by the company. Upon entering a Hersheypark lot, present your SunGard ID badge to the parking attendant and you will be permitted to park without paying. If you do not have a SunGard ID badge, you must print out the confirmation page in the RSVP survey and present that along with a photo ID.

Picking up your tickets
Using your SunGard ID or survey and photo ID you will pick up your requested tickets and meal vouchers at the event in the SunGard registration area (see attached entrance map), or after 5:00 PM in Guest Relations.

Please note: Employees will be able to leave any additional guest tickets at Will Call in the event that their guests are arriving at a different time than they are. All tickets must be paid for when the employee’s tickets are picked up, even if the Will Call option is chosen.

Interested in picking up your tickets early and previewing the park?
Friday Night Preview: Employees will be able to pick up their tickets on Friday night (7/15) for entry into the park for a “preview” between 7:30 pm and 10 pm. Tickets can be picked up at a small registration table at the park’s entrance between 6 pm and 9 pm. Parking will operate the same as the day of the picnic.

The Picnic Menu
The picnic menu consists of char-grilled chicken, flame-broiled burgers, grilled hot dogs, salads, chips, beverages, and ice cream. Veggie burgers and veggie hoagies are also available to those who indicated this option while ordering their tickets.
