Impact of CSR on Perceived Corporate Reputation

Dear Participant,
I am undertaking a dissertation as a part of my Masters Programme at University of Roehampton. My research aims to investigate the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives on perceived Corporate Reputation. I would be grateful if you could participate to my research by completing following survey.
In this survey, ‘CSR’ is used as an abbreviation for ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’. European Commision (2001) defines Corporate Social Responsibility’ as ‘a concept whereby companies integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations and in their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis’. In addition, ‘this company’ phrase is used after the first question to point to the telecommunication service provider you are using.
My research is carried out according to the ethical standards of the university and in accordance with the UK’s Market Research Society’s ethical code of conduct and relevant legislations such as the Data Protection Act 1998. Your feedback is anonymous and completely voluntary, you can stop at any stage and you do not have to answer any of the questions if you do not want to.
This survey consists of 14 questions and will take approximately 3-4 minutes to complete.
