You have been invited to participate in the Interpretive 360 Program survey. Information from DecisionWise has indicated that you completed this program within the last calendar year. You will be asked to complete questions regarding your individual experience.

It is important to note that these questions are regarding the Interpretive 360 Program only and not other programs (The Leadership Development Program is a different from the Interpretive 360 Program).
