Dear Sir / Madam, At JCI we value employee opinions and your voice matters.You are invited to participate in a survey on JCI Organizational Culture as part of a Master thesis, which focuses on aspects of an organization's culture that have a direct link to business performance. Approximately 100 people from JCI, Keiper and CRH will be asked to participate to undertand the way things are done in your originating organization as well as at JCI. You are requested to evaluate the following statements for three scenarios. 1. your originating organization (How was it in the past) 2. Current Situation (How do you feel now) 3. Future JCI (What do you expect for the future)
Please respond in terms that best describes the way you feel our company operates as a business. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. The success of the survey depends on your contribution and it is therefore important to be honest in your answers and to provide comments which you feel may be helpful. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Apart from serving academic purpose, the results will be used to plan improvements in integration process.
