You are invited to participate in a survey on JCI Organizational Culture as part of a Master thesis. Approximately 100 people from JCI, Keiper and CRH will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the way things are done in your originating organization as well as at JCI. You are requested to evaluate the following statements for three scenarios.
1. your originating organization (How was it in the past)
2. Current Situation (How do you feel now)
3. Future JCI (What do you expect for the future)
