In 2016, the Landmark Country Championship undertook its biggest format change since the carnivals inception. All players who participated in this year's carnival have been invited to provide feedback on the changes and provide suggestions to help shape the future of the Landmark Coutry Championships.

In this survey, there are 11 questions and it will take only a few minutes to complete the questionnaire.
