I attended a home massage studio of a massage therapist who has had over 20 years experience massaging athletes, doing corporate massage with WCB Alberta and is no longer mobile but has a very loyal and large clientele who go to her home.
The purpose of this assignment is for me to become the client and observe the office policies and procedures, professionalism, and business practices of a therapist in the community and then to share my experience with my classmates. I chose this particular therapist as she has done a lot of the things i would love to... I enjoy working with athletes and would love to look into massaging in a corporate environment.
I made a questionnaire that i could quickly complete and that would document my experience. I have attached an additional sheet outlining comments with regard to the massage. |
