As an MBA student, I am conducting this survey as a part of my MBA thesis to find " the influence of leadership behaviors on employee engagement and performance in the companies operating in Lebanon ".

In this survey, approximately 500 employee will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their managers/leader behaviors and how it effects on their engagement and performance . It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
