MCAC’s mission is to provide a vehicle to address diversity and cultural issues and to ensure the delivery of culturally sensitive and competent services to the community. Projects will involve the development of resources, recruitment to reflect a diverse workforce, professional growth, and cultural awareness in employee relationships, supervision, and enhancement of service delivery.

Your participation makes a difference. We would like to know what your workplace needs are of providing culturally sensitive and competent services to Orange County’s diverse population. Please help us meet the mission by completing this survey.
