Participation Consent You are invited to participate in a research study being conducted by James Rose as part of his PhD program at Regent University. The study is titled “The Effect of American and Nigerian Culture on Antecedents of Ethical Leadership”. You have been selected as your boss has volunteered to participate in this study. Your role in the study is limited to completing a questionnaire regarding your boss. Steps have been taken to keep responses completely confidential; no individual results will be published, only results by group. Please be as candid as possible. No risks are anticipated from taking part in this study. If you feel uncomfortable with a question, you can skip that question or withdraw from the study.
