Dear fellow Domer:

You are invited to participate in our inaugural Notre Dame Club of Italy survey! In this survey, you will be asked questions about the future growth of our club and your level of interest. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete this simple questionnaire.

As you may be aware, the current Club president Elizabeth Simari, '08, has stepped down, as she is expecting her first child! This is great news for Elizabeth and Andrew, but her active presence and leadership will be missed.

This moment of transition is a good opportunity to invite broad feedback and survey your interest in leadership. We need not only a new Club president, but a team of people willing to share the load, in whatever way you can.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
