1. Hi,

My name is Luke Evans and I am a current PhD student at Goldsmiths in London. I am examining the role of ecology and activism in disaster situations. I am paying special attention to both the role of grassroots organising and the role of religion. I have also been a trade union activist in the University and College Union, and UNISON, as well as writing on political theory.

My survey is designed to get feedback from 'Occupy Sandy' activists on their thoughts and experiences of delivering relief and support to those effected by Hurricane Sandy. I want to know how about your personal experience of disaster activism.

Thank you for taking the time to look over my survey.

You do not have to add any requested personal details (such as name, age, etc.) to take part in the survey, and any personal details you do leave with be strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, for profit or otherwise.
