As a ministry staff, we focus on three OCYG "core values." They are as follows:
Worship--Fostering a closer relationship with God through a variety of means including praise, prayer, thanksgiving, singing, Bible study, etc.
Community--Building a sense of belonging, trust, and deeper personal relationship with other youth through regular and diverse activities.
Service--Giving of time, talent and money in helping meet the needs of others.
A key goal of this survey is to understand where our strengths lie within these areas, and where, from a parent perspective, we need to improve or refocus efforts. |
